25 Winters Road
25 Winters Road is a bay villa, as defined by the Papanui Heritage Group in their 2008 "Survey of Historic houses in Papanui".
The bay villa was distinctive in that they feature one or more bay windows, topped with a high gable. Many villas have a veranda which faced the street, often embellished with intricate fretwork in wood and/or cast iron. Most of these houses were constructed in the period from 1900 to 1914.
